Challenge : A leading food processing company, having multiple locations, wanted to upgrade and refresh their complete IT infrastructure to meet the demands of the continuously evolving industry. The idea was to have a seamless and scalable communication between their multiple locations which would help their various teams to collaborate without wasting time and money.
Solution : Cisco Webex Calling Cloud solution – a solution which enabled the customer to communicate, have meetings, trainings and webinars across multiple locations of the organisation. Being managed from the cloud instead of the previous on-prem CUCM, it made deployment and configuration very simple and fast.
Result
Customer was able to have meetings across locations especially during the COVID and Post- COVID times when travelling restrictions were in place, and team collaborations were a challenge. Deployment at new locations and the configurations of devices was extremely easy.
