Roles and Responsibilities –
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of standard software packages.
- Microsoft OS, System Software, Installation and upgrades.
- Fault finding like MS-office / O 365 related issues resolution
- Problems related to the usage of the internet and emails.
- Maintaining Regular call Reports.
- Coordinate with Internal authorities/Department for IT solutions.
- Knowledge of Windows client and server OS troubleshooting
- L1 Support for network troubleshooting
- L1 Support for server standard roles
- Timely Suggestions to improve existing the IT infrastructure
- Maintain the asset list as per Customer Standard.
- Basic Troubleshooting of the internet lease line.
- Knowledge of server
- Firewall/Network security basic troubleshooting and configuration.
- L1 Support for standard Backup solution.
- Hands on experience resolving hardware board level issues
- Configuring BIOS settings ,BIOS upgrades
- Troubleshooting computer peripherals, like printers and scanners issues
- Setting up new computer systems
- Should be able to resolves issues related to Antivirus software
