Roles and Responsibilities –
- Conduct site surveys to assess the requirements and design appropriate CCTV, access control, and biometric system solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantity (BOQ) detailing equipment and materials.
- Install, configure, and calibrate CCTV cameras, access control panel, DVR/NVR and biometric devices.
- Keep detail record of installations, maintenance activities and repairs for future reference and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates on work status and potential issues.
- Test newly installed systems to ensure functionality, accuracy, and adherence to project requirements.
- Maintain and upgrade existing CCTV systems. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CCTV, access control, and biometric technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Basic knowledge of networking preferred.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of installation processes and standard operating procedures to enhance overall efficiency and quality of work.
- Provide on-site support to troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions.
